    With Gabriela, a product designer at CoderPad, we linked a tokenized design system, Claude Design and Claude Code into an end-to-end pipeline, to ship faster without cutting corners: I led the design system and accessibility, she led the Claude Code ↔ Figma connection.     At CoderPad, I ran a weekly 1:1 with each of the two other designers and facilitated the biweekly Design Reviews. At Dualsun, I directed two freelance designers: briefs, quality feedback, and folding their work into the design system. I learn from others too: Gabriela taught me how to connect Claude Code and Figma, and Laura White, Dualsun's PM, taught me roadmapping and benchmarking.
